We were founded in 2002 with a focus on Project, Programme Management and Systems Implementation within the Banking & Financial Services sectors. We added Test Management & Test Process Improvement Training to our services and expanded our project and programme management services into the Broadcast Media, Automotive and Insurance sectors. Okapi Solutions' associates have also been instrumental in the design of governance frameworks, management and delivery of multiple financial systems developments, B2B and B2C platforms across European, international banking institutions and global organisations.
We help our clients achieve business outcomes and results from their critical, large-scale IT initiatives by proactively supporting the definition of the programmes' business vision and planned outcomes, leading the establishment of appropriate project and programme governance frameworks, and managing the implementation and and post-delivery activities.
With increased client requests for assistance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) compliance and related Cyber Essentials consulting, a new Data Protection & Privacy Practice was added to our service portfolio. In addition to our in-house associates, we work with qualified consultants, legal firms and IT-security organisations to lead businesses through their GDPR-compliance and Cyber Security journey.
