Critical to the success of any project or programme – business transformation, technology implementation or any combination – is the requirement to ensure the chosen solution is adequately and rigorously tested and that the planned benefits and outcomes can be fully measured.
Although the test process may follow many forms and use different methods, we always recommend that the fundamentals - a defined, documented, structured process - be identified, agreed, communicated and implemented prior to commencing any project implementation activities. This approach remains true even where automated testing is undertakne, as the GIGO result - "Garbage In, Garbage Out" - awaits the unwary.
As part of our project, programme management and delivery activities we assist our clients with implementing Agile (Scrum, Test-Driven Development, Pair-programming) practices or classic test approaches like the TMAp and V-Model.
