Okapi Solutions’ Associates have assisted a variety of organisations across the UK and West Africa – as supplier representatives or on behalf of client Bank’s – with complex core banking system transformations.
We have undertaken the Programme, Business Change and Target Operating Model planning, development and implementation of several Temenos’s T24 CBS instances, but our Associates robust skills are transferable to other core banking applications, as well as the governance and delivery approaches required to ensure successful outcomes of these complex programmes.
