Michael Harte - Okapi Solutions

Michael founded Okapi Solutions in 2002 with the aim of providing Project and Programme Management consulting services primarily to the UK banking and financial services market.  These services were expanded to other business areas including Broadcast Media, Automotive and Gaming.

Michael has over 23 years professional consulting experience and has successfully delivered projects and programmes of work for international and global organisations.  Nearly half of the projects and programmes he manages are on behalf of US and European entities for overseas banking clients.

He has excellent cultural awareness and team integration skills, and has worked with several of the major offshore outsourcing companies, managing mixed business, technology and operational teams across national boundaries and time zones.
